Sticky Joints and Dusty Shelves
My elbows are stiff
Creaky, cranky, tired
I know the solution
But oh I don’t wanna
So I lay on the couch
Moaning and groaning
About all I have to do
Finally I grab the grease
Slather it on my elbows
And get to work
An hour later
My home is cleaned
And so is my sour mood
Amazing how I always forget
Just how good hard work feels

I’d love to see the efforts of your poem in the comments below! I understand that these are first drafts and I hope you offer my humble words the same grace!
Remember, Keep Showing Up!
Gah, this is so true!!! I love it. I always feel better afterward 🙂
